Smoked at 250. Used corn cob pellets. I washed then dried the skin with paper towels. In the smoker for 1 hour at 150 to dry the skin more. Then add the smoke. Skin was perfect.

Looks beautiful! Great color and im sure it was delicious!
I made 2 Breasts for TG. Problem is, the meats was finished today but I still have a lot of Dressing and Gravy left. Going to cook off another Turkey, Monday, to use up leftovers...JJ

We have made meals from leftover dressing, mashed taters, and gravy without added meat.
 
Beautiful turkey Adam, just beautiful. Mine came out really well but boy oh boy, it sure wasn't that pretty. Excellent job sir!!
