I made this sweet sopressata couple months ago. It started at 2lb and is now at just a tad over 1.5 lbs. I didnt think it would make it with no AC going while Irma was making havoc.

Its pretty firm so going to cut in couple days when i can get some crackers and cheese. All my stuff i made and smoked i split between my son and daughter so it would not go bad. My freezer looks bare

The 5th wheel did move to the east about 1". I heard from the park manager that 1 unit did get a busted sky dome over the bathroom.

I drove south today. Dang some the places are just gone.
