Hello everyone, joining just in time for some advice for my 1st smoked Thanksgiving turkey. I have the medium size Weber smokey. I made some pork and ribs on it this summer and loved it!! I'm a stay at home Mom who likes to cook....smoking was a method to expand our dinner menu :) Originally from Europe (my Dad makes a killer smoked fish in a smoker he made himself...with saw dust in it...), I have lived in Utah for more than a decade. This might be my only winter smoke. Can't wait!!!
