South Texas
I live in south Texas and recently started smoking meats. My first cook was a 12lb brisket. It came out okay, but I am looking to do better in hopes of possibly saving some money by catering my own wedding in December.

Welcome from NW Florida. I started smoking food about 4 years ago and my first few came out okay. But after many hours of watching Youtube and then joining this great forum I have gotten a lot better. But I will admit that I learn something new on here just about everyday. A lot of good folk on here that know what they are doing and willing to share info.
