So, on the Q was,,, a rack of pork back ribs , a rack of whole spare rips , a turkey breast+back, and a stuffed half pork tenderloin , jammed with spinach, feta, roasted red pepper and artichoke hearts, wrapped in bacon!!! All slathered in my own dry rub , spritzed with my own apple and pineapple juice , smoked at 220 to 240 for a rite amount of time for each item and then soaked with my own sauce !!!! [emoji]128526[/emoji] And well !! At least my wife an her cousin like it ! They're the only ones who have ate it ,so far !! I think I have done well !!
