My new toy!!!

Here's a pic of my new toy. Brinkmann Trailmaster LTD edition. This is my first attempt at a bigger smoker. Have used electric smoker that's pretty easy. Set and forget. This one needs a little more attention. Also, just picked up a Brinkmann Gourmet Charcoal Smoker.

Craig's list $40. It's in great shape. My husband says I have an addiction. I told him there are worse things I could be addicted to and he benefits in the end!!! Got 3 racks of BB ribs on. Will provide picks as I progress.

Hello and welcome from East Texas. Congrats on the smokers !!!   One thing you need to check and probably replace are the temp gauges they are notorious for being inaccurate
