Here is my new shack for my smoker to help with smoking in the cold weather. First smoke last week was a boneless pork loin, did a cider vinegar brine, it turned out great . So yesterday i did my first set of ribs. "St Louis Vanilla brown sugar glaze " 3-2-1. Came out great, This is going to be a lot of fun, trying new things to smoke and playing with different woods and rubs. Thanks to all here with the great posts i have been reading for awhile now. Giving me the info to move forward with my new pleasure. And hopefully not a new waist size, ha ha
