My New Brining Container

I guess this is the proper forum [i hope]. Here is my new container that i will use to brine hams, butts, poultry, and beef ect.  This came out of my kimchie refridgerator. it has some nifty plastic containers for fermenting but this is the biggest.

Sorry, somehow i'm having a problem with putting pic's in one post. This container has a seperate container inside with a slotted bottom, so you can lift out what's inside after the brining [curing] is done while the liquid drains in the container as you take it out.

Here is the container seperated. Realy look forward to using this. Big enough for a whole fresh ham with the shank on. Reinhard
