The late Alan Scott built a couple of bread ovens here that were 9' x 7 ' internal .
You need centre support to spread the over all load. Otherwise it all stays the same,lower arch than mine & yours but thats because they are bread only & that gives you ''oven spring'' & great crust.
I don't make pizza much so mine runs around 220c for roasting piglets, lambs that sort of thing.
