I took a ride to a brand new Gander Mountain store yesterday looking for different types of wood chips then I've been finding. Well I found Apple, Cherry, and Maple that I hadn't been able to find locally.

I also found what is called a Marinade Kit by Cajun Injector for the price of $12.97 and it had the following stuff in it:
16 oz Jar of Creole Butter Recipe
16 oz Jar of Creole Garlic Recipe
16 oz Jar of Teriyaki & Honey Recipe
16 oz Jar of Roasted Garlic & Herb Recipe
8 oz Can of Cajun Shake
1 ea Original Cajun Injector (the needle and syringe)

I have used a couple of these products bought individually for about 6 buck each so it was a great buy I thought you may want to check it out

Glad you had a fun day at your Gander Mtn store. I haven't been in the one near me for a while, but will definitely head there soon to pick up one of those injector kits. I've been looking for an injector since I've started smoking meat and it seems this is the perfect one to try out.

Thanks for the heads up, Jerry! You ain't gettin' any commission outta them now, are ya?

Big Outdoor/Hunting chain. The Wally World of sporting goods.

Great find!! I have seen the same kits at Dicks sporting goods but i cant quote the price... cant remember...but that sounds better than i think i saw by a long shot... Sometimes i see those kits at tractor supply too,,, near the cast iron Lodge stuff...

All those marinades and spices come with the injector for 12.95? Can I order that online?

That's a great deal for the marinades. The roasted garlic and herb is the bomb in a yardbird on the smoker!!!
