How did you do it ,in what kind of Smoker and how was your temps. , just curious

I did a wet brine over night with brown sugar and kosher salt. I kept the temperature around 180 for a few hours . I then I brought the temperature up to 250 until the bird was at 165. I have a masterbuilt propane.
