My first tuckry.

    Hi just wanted to show off my first bird. Not going to be my last it's the best tuckry I ever had. [​IMG]

    Welcome , 2fast4u . Glad you succeeded in your first Bird Smoke. And may I say it looks delicious .

    How did you do it ,in what kind of Smoker and how was your temps. , just curious [​IMG]

    I did a wet brine over night with brown sugar and kosher salt. I kept the temperature around 180 for a few hours . I then I brought the temperature up to 250 until the bird was at 165. I have a masterbuilt propane.
