My first try at brisket

  1. 1 1/2 lbs and 2 lbs.  SPOG

    3 1/2 hrs

    4 hrs,160ish IT, wrapped with beef broth added.

    Pulled at IT of 200 and rested for 1 1/2 hrs........then brisket calzone
