My First Time!!!

So this was my very first smoke. Went off without a hitch, much to my surprise!! Started at 11:30 last night (because I'm a night owl anyway) and the butt finally came off around 3 this afternoon. All of it was so incredibly awesome. Even my 5yr old wanted 3rds and 4th of it, and then some more after her popsicle for dessert. Deffinatly a great starting point, got alot of great ideas and "tricks" from reading other posts on here. Thank you guys for sharing!!

Great Job, that looks amazing and making me hungry. What temp did you smoke them at? and what was the IT temp when you pulled them from the smoker?  and what kind of smoker did you use?
