Picked up a tri tip from Costco from their deli. Normally, we put the tri tip in the over for 45m and they taste great. Decided to try my first SNL and it tasted great! I used hickory pellets for this cook.

That TT look really good. Looks like it's sliced a little thick for me, but I've never had TT.
