Made some ribs last night for the first time this year. No prep shots but seasoned with some rub a friend gave to me, Zach's Texas Style BBQ Sweet Rub. Was feeling lazy and sauced with some Heinz BBQ sauce I got on sale at the store. Tasted pretty decent and got them very tender with a 2-2-1 method.

Used hickory wood for the smoke for the first two hours and then again for the saucing process. The pics don't really do the justice. I guess I need to work on my picture taking or get a better phone or real camera.

I can see 'em fine, be even better if I could stuff a few into my pie hole! RAY
