So I made this last week, Used Jimmy Dean, filled with garlic, pepper, mozzarella, cream cheese, and some generic "BBQ seasoning" that we had sitting in the back of the spice shelf.

Ready to go in the freezer:

It was absolutely delicious!!!

I've got another on the smoker right now - a little mexican fajita style...I'll get some pics up later!

Looks good! Now you're going to be seriously in trouble! You'll dream of Fattys, hours will be lost considering new fillings for Fattys, then the realization that you are addicted!

Nice job, !Smoke. My first fattie split open on me, but was good anyway. These are so easy to do, and the possiblities are endless.
 
Yeah, I didn't have a rolling pin or a big enough ziplock handy, so I used saran wrap, and did it by hand...didn't get it quite wide enough, but it was still just as tasty!
 
I meant that as a compliment :{) I like 'em a bit plumper...seems they stay juicy when using a dryer mix of fillings too!
 
I didn't take it one way or another...this one I'm doing today is longer, so I guess I'll see which I prefer!
