I have done chickens on a bullet smoker before but never on my new one....wish me luck. I think I'm getting better at controlling the temp, so we will see.

Here the birds are all ready for the smoker. I brined one and I did a butter/adobo injection on the other and the sprinkled both with Lowery's season salt.

Thanks. I hope they turn out good, the GF has invited 4 or 5 friends over so if it they don't turn out good it's not gonna be a good thing..... in more ways than just taste

Now now everything will be just fine all you have to do is smoke them like you have smoked a hundred of them. If not we will be here for you if you have any questions.
 
Well they turned out wonderful....


Unfortunately there was to much commotion going on to get picture of them cut and on the plate. But we had smoked asparagus And corn on the cob, along with potatoes au gratin.
