I have made bacon but only canadian and buckboard and both are really good but I'm yet to try the bacon with bellies and soon I will have too just cause I had some at the gathering at Jerry's and it is soooo good. But you did a great job on this bacon and it looks fabolous and tastey too.

Blue...did you get the cryovac belly at Restaurant Depot?

I'm a member there, but haven't seen them as yet.
