Looks mighty tasty, I’d definitely tear into a plate of that! Nice job!

Nice. I'd tear that up! For me, tops is roast pork/kraut/taters. Almost time to get mine going for New Years. Love me some Stove Top but missus grabbed some Pepperidge Farms and we've not had that in YEARS.

Great looking pork chops. Nice and thick. We like our sauerkraut as long as it's been rinsed a bit. Hadn't thought about using seasoned bread cubes to soak up all those flavors. May need to give it a try.

Pork and kraut lover thanks to my wife. Never had stuffing in the mix?
Ever saute the kraut in the pork fat & juice? My wife introduced me to it and even got my parents to appreciate it. Game changer.

Looks good Bill.

Point for sure
Chris

There you go, I would be a happy man for sure with that plate.
( I'm not a sauerkraut fan , but I would just side to the side of my plate )

Love a big thick chop.

David
Thanks! Love the thick chops too

Roast is awesome too... crispy and brown on the surface, kraut, mashed potatoes and gravy
