Well I'll be, I love tomatoes and lime cottage cheese a lot. I've never heard of mixing it like that.
We mixed as long as I remember. I had a phase when I drizzled it with balsamic. We add all sorts of stuff, both veggies and fruit.

I know a few people who love tomato and cottage cheese. I never have been able to like cottage cheese other than as a cheap substitute for ricotta in lasagna. My wife, on the other hand loves it plain, or with fruit.

I was never big on cottage cheese, but my wife loved to take one of my home grown tomatoes, chop it up in a bowl, and put a big spoonful of cottage cheese on top...

I know people who do the same thing.

Love cottage cheese . Can't eat tomatoes like that . Has to be on a sandwich .
Pineapple and cottage cheese , or just right out of the container .

Give me the tomato... hold the cottage cheese! I'll eat it in lasagna and that's it. Reminds me of curdled milk.

Not a cottage cheese peep, but I'll say it does look refreshing Sam

Point for sure
