My Exchange with Oneshot

I'm finally getting the chance to post pictures of my exchange with Steve Oneshot awhile back.

Steve sent some Traeger Signature rub and Bulls Eye sauce for me to try out.




I tried the rub on some pork steaks.....smoked them in my drum.




Also wanted to try the Raspberry Jalapeno sauce that Paul Beer-B-Q sent earlier... (Thank you again Paul!)









I loved both the rub and the sauce...

Nice exchange for sure there Jeanie. It seems like your first exchange is cool and you get all excited and then you do another and you still get all excited then I guess your just hooked cause you would do more and more.

I watched one of those "America's Test Kitchen" shows on PBS and they said that Bullseye is one of the best store bought BBQ sause available.
