I am looking forward to maybe some chuckie hash for dinner tomorrow.

The WSM did its work, Put the chuckie and the wings on around 12:00, pulled the wings around 1:45, and then just let the WSM go. Held temps on a windy day really well pretty much 230 degrees). (1) ring of charcoal & 4 chunks of hickory went well past 8:00 p.m., when I shut it down to get it cooled down so I could cover it.

thanks caveman, had a couple(3) more chuckie tacos for supper last night after taking the John Deere out to mow up some leaves on my property.

gonna use the rest of the chuckie tonight ground up for some hash.
