Details: put in smoker @12pm ran temps between 225-250 hit the smoke with 3 hand fulls of pecan woodchips took roast to 140deg pulled it @ 5pm . wrapped in foil and rest for 45min
meat seasoning was fresh cracked pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder. a hit of old bay and a little rosemary
