Found some prime rib for $5lb , and Tri-Tips $3.99lb.... thats good for out here in CA. So loaded up, and will cut up and vacuum seal tomorrow. Thought I would share :)

Yeah the $5 prime rib roasts went away a few years ago around here. I got a nice one sliced into ribeye steaks at $7 on the Christmas sale.
Regularly get $4 tri-tip at Orlando Costco Business Center. They were completely sold out this past Thursday. Sacrilege to some, but $4 tri tip is a great general use beef to grind for sausage or slow cook for pot roast. Lowest price beef I can find.
