been wanting this book...........and last time i looked, the 3rd edition was the most current.........till i got my sausage makers catalog, which you see UNDER ryteks..........*sigh*.........they now have the FOURTH edition out.........story of my life.........LMAO

Yeah Steve, I just found out about the 4th myself. I still am using the 1st/

I noticed that WD..but don't panic. I doubt there's much difference. Especially since he died before the third was finished.

Man I didn't know he passed. I guess I have had that book since 93 and he was on the back cover and looked to be about 60.

yes it is tip, yes it is........but.......the 1st edition, has alot of mistakes in it..........that are corrected in the 3rd edition.........
