My Birthday bucket list

So for my 65 th birthday my wife took me to Austin to go to Franklin BBQ
We are going on Sat.. so we are here on Friday afternoon.. just to “Warm up” we went to Terry Blacks for lunch.. it was incredible.. took the pit tour and Three 1000 gal pits were doing 150 Briskets with that delicious post oak...

1/2 lb brisket , one jalapeño link , 1/2 lb pork ribs, side of pinto beans and Mac and cheese. Also two beers. $46.00
And there was a line out the door..

As I was reading your post, the image that popped into my head was Shoeless Joe Jackson in the movie Field of Dreams, when he looks around and says " Is this heaven ? "
