My 2nd Boston Butt

Well, since my first Boston Butt was such a success, I am going to try for my second Butt. I do apologize for not taking pictures of my first butt and that will not happen again.  In fact, I'm going to prep my Boston Butt tonight and I will be taking pictures not only of that, but on saturday as well while I am cooking it. This 2nd one that I am cooking on saturday is not quite as big as my first one, but its still pretty decent size. My first one was almost a 16lb Butt. This 2nd one is 9.20 lbs. I promise pics will come to follow. And again, I apologize for not having pics of my first one..
