While i was looking at hand crank mini grinders this kept popping up.

Liebhome food grade quality manual sausage maker stuffer.
$9.99

Heck why not for the small batch i gotta get stuffed. Weight is 0.51lb unloaded.

It will hold just shy of 1 pound

So far it stuffs pretty good.
But let the screw/plunger do the work....dont force.

2.5 pounds for 6 links took about 10 mins

Dont expect huge producing like a LEM Or F Dick stuffer.


You will still need to poke the air pockets. The pockets were not as big as my LEM can make.
Cover with a wet towel so i can get proofer ready for fermentation.

Take down for cleaning is pretty basic.
After warm water and dawn i dried and sprayed with purell foodservice surface sanitizer before i put it back together.

So for $10 bux it worked pretty darn good.

Got the salumi fermenting in the proofer at 80* with the water pan at the bottom.

I have one of these to finish off my bigger batches as my big stuffer leaves about a pound or so of meat in the bottom.
 
Worked darn good.
