Ask a baker. They are like butchers, mostly now working for the large grocery chains. But there are some I am sure in that small town you live in. OR..... you could make your own.Its just a round loaf of bread, italian bread type is best but any bread works. This last weekend wasn't italian , it wasn't even crusty bread. It was just yeast bread, the right size, with sesame seeds on top.Awesome muff brother Kev. Wish we could get that bread up here. Folks in N Texas just don't want to turn the oven up hot enough.
Hey one of these next month would go a long way toward brownie points! Actually around this time of year when all the hustle and bustle is starting, they would be a great way to welcome her home. Throw in a bit of some good homemade vino...... Only thing ya'd do then is a good foot massage!

Its really strange that, that much olives and olive oil could compliment a sammie, maybe its because of the hard fermented meat.
