Mr Ed just another FNG

 I am a delivery driver in western South Dakota. I have a 30" masterbuilt electric smoker that I got for Christmas. So far I have done  only two batches of baby backs with good results. I work alot of extra hours so I like to keep things simple for starters. I have already used this site for information and I look forward to learning more.
