I cannot grow my hair out. Cut my pony tail over 30 years ago. No desire to start again Charles.
My confession is using the colorant shampoo. My wife got me started when she said "I don't want to be married to an old guy." I started greying and she was already on the bottle.

Growing my hair long started kinda by accident. When I retired, I let it get down over my ears and then a little longer. Few years later and COVID shuts everything down so not able to get my hair cut by Michelle the way I like. It got longer and longer. Now, in the fishing community I run in, it's my "image". Sheila quit fussing about it long ago, but I still think she'd love for me to cut it all off. Odd thing about the color, I swear the gray disappeared as it got longer and I wash it with plain old cheap shampoo and no other treatments. I look at pics when it was short and it's all gray. Now almost completely dirty blond like when I was growing up.

But I don't do ponytails or man-bunns, nothing against those that do, but it's just not me.

The one thing I get asked A LOT is "has anyone told you that you look like Vince Neil?" I just wish I had his money, but unintentionally, this pic is real close to what I look like...

I resemble that old guy remark lol.
I try and keep the stash and patch neat and trimmed , but sometimes it gets away from me. as for the hair, it was starting to move away from the eyebrows , so I said I going to win and cut it all off. I win lol
Now I just shave everyday . Helps me swing the hammer faster now .
