More Slim Jims

Heading back up to NEPA on the 12th for some family holiday stuff. Got 5 lbs of slim jims mixed. Going to make 5 lbs of ring and 5 lbs of SS to take up.

This here is Yuengling (8oz) Cure 1 mixed with 1/4 cup cold distilled water. Using AC Leggs 116 stick mix.
