did a bit more smokin today , thought i would put up a bit of porn. ribs seem to be my fav so far , i cut the skin off and cut it into 4 strips and cooked it in the smoker too , i have 2 large dogs and i thought they might like some Q the ribs came out pretty good maybe a tad over done , taters were great . i am back to the briquettes that i like best ,i bought a big bag of some cheaper ones a week or two ago and they were hopeless didnt burn right and just never put out enough heat , anyway i bought another bag of the better ones and everything is fine again, made up a double batch of sc mustard sauce mainly for the wife she loves it , i prefer not much or no sauce at all i like to taste the smoke and the rub , and i find the sc sauce can just over power everything ,
