Making a smaller jar with eggs from our chicks.
Going with the normal brine except I picked out all the cloves from the pickling spice.
Clove makes the brine turn brown.
Going to jazz it up some and add 2T pickle juice to the jar and pour the warm brine over the eggs.
Now cover and fridge for 3 days.
The recipe is for 12 eggs, its easy to adjust and you can add whatever you like.
I cut this in half and had about 2T of brine left over.
12 large eggs (hard boiled & peeled)
4 cups white vinegar
1 ½ cups water
1 ½ teaspoons course sea salt
1 tablespoon pickling spice
