More Baby Goats

Two new ones about and hour ago. Thats four in the past week. One more female is ready to drop in a week or so.

That is true. I was really done with the RV stuff.

It's like my life has gone full circle. I told my folks when I left home that I would never do any sort of farm animals...Never say never...Lol

We were talking about a cow and a pig but not decided yet.

I wanted to get some pheasants and quail but they need separate runs.

Do you raise the goats for milk, meat, weed control, hair etc? And does the state have any rules for raising quail since they are a game bird? Years ago my Grandparents had bird pens for quail and got plenty of eggs.

The goats are my son in laws.

I dont think that KY has any regs on raising game birds as I can get quail and pheasant at RK.

Our neighbors have goats and had a few babies... The wife said.. "AWWWWW.. they're so cute... I want one" ... So no way in hell I'm showing her this thread...

She also said she wanted some chickens... And then Jerry (@pineywoods) tried to throw me under the bus and send a chicken coup home with me from the gathering...
