Moosedog Fatty

This I my first attempt at a fatty and it was AWESOME!! I did 1 lb groin chicken with about 1 lb of my dads Italian sausage recipe (moosedogs-hot)... The filling was zucchini mushroom onion and Colby jack ( just things I had on hand) ... Turned out amazing ... So good!

That looks amazingly good!! BUT, what the heck is groin chicken--not a term you hear in my neck of the woods.

Why is the groin of the chicken.  Tasty!  They're small so you need a lot.
