Hey Everyone.
Found this forum and already learned a few things I needed to know...so right out of the gate THANK YOU.
I live here in Mesa AZ where this time of the year (August) you could slow cook something on your car hood...but winters are oh so nice.
I am a newbie and bought a Pellet Smoker (Traeger Texas Pro)....
So I have lots to learn and my first three attempts at smoking were pretty dismal.
Looking forward to sharing what I learn and hopefully one day in the near future I will be able to add value to the forum.
