Well, the burgers were monster lol. I mix 1 lb of ground venison to 2 lb of ground beef with some onion powder, garlic salt and one of my favorite burger seasonings. Make for awesome 5-6 oz 1 ¼" tall( before cooking) burgers. Threw them on the Blackstone griddle for a bit, then slapped some hunks of Colby on them. I was keeping a decent eye on them, but had to take piss. That's when the cheese got nuked lol. Still awesome though lol.
