Well since the last one was a deep dish, and the previous ones were 14" regular crust I decided to do a full 16" one on the grill.

Here are the ingredients: Cold proofed homemade pizza dough (this time a full 3 days), Turkey pepperoni, kalamata olives, sauteed onions and mushrooms, sweet peppers, italian seasoning, rosemary, and garlic powder, fresh grated mozzarella cheese and a small can of tomato sauce.

Pizza dough on a greased pizza pan

Spread out dough to the edges of the pan

Add the tomato sauce and herbs

Then lots of fresh mozzarella

Add mushrooms, pepperoni, and onions

Then the sweet peppers and kalamata olives

Off of the grill after 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Well folks that was last week, this week Sue requested the deep dish again.

Funny she never liked deep dish before, always a thin crust kinda gal. :emoji_astonished:

Thanks for lookin'

And stay safe out there!

That's another awesome looking pizza John! Gonna have to try and find time to make more dough. How did the crust turn out? Was thinking of maybe partially baking my next crust then making the pizza and bake. But you're still the pizza king!

That looks beautiful John, and I'd bet it tastes every bit as good as it looks, Big Like! I'm going to make up a pizza dough and keep t in the fridge for a few days John, I've got to see what the difference is. No rain here yet, maybe tonight, maybe not. RAY

Wow John, another gorgeous pizza...but where's the meat?? :emoji_wink: All the ribbing I got from you about the lettuce on my BLT you had that coming. Seriously though, that's one awesome looking pie my friend. You've certainly got those babies dialed in. Do you deliver to TX? If so I'll call with the CC number and order a few.

LIKE that one!!

Nice job on the pizza John!
I love the combo, but my wife won’t eat olives.
I could devour that pie, especially if it had some anchovies on it!

It’s been 30 minutes! Where the heck are ya!? I’m about to chew my arm off here.

Another great looking pie my friend. Onion is my favorite topping. If I could only choice one it would definitely be onion.

Where's mine??? Delicious looking pie!
Thanks for the like! Sorry Steve, I posted it too late - lunch the day after took care of the leftovers.

Thanks for the like Ryan, Because there was so much stuff on it I just let it ride and extra 5 minutes and it ended up with a really nice crunchy crust. So I would say just let it go a bit longer for a cruncy crust if that is your preference.

I am going to PM you my address so you can mail me your pizza leftovers from now on. Looks excellent man! You have mastered the pizzas now!
Thank you for the like John, and I already have your address, want some of the deep dish I did last night? Sue and I were blown away....best one yet.

Wow, excellent looking pizza....

Thanks for the like Ray, and yes it was very good. Each one keeps getting better. Wait until you see the deep dish I did last night. Yes the weather idiots keep saying we are going to get rain up here and it never happens...
