Woke up at 4 this morning and decided screw the normal, went and grabbed a rack of ribs out of the freezer, threw them in hot water for 20 minutes while I made breakfast. Did some very very mild seasoning, as I have been playing with the idea of less is more and not like they are going to absorb too much of it being they were going to be on before 6am.

So after I finished making breakfast, which was a nice burrito (2eggs, 3 strips bacon, hash browns and cheese, and some salsa from the local restraunt. I always save them) all wrapped up warm in a tortilla. I went out and fired up the Gravity feed and got it going.
Ribs were on by 5:40 and should be ready by lunch. Wife volunteered to go get some corn on the cobb to throw on and some baked beans to put under the ribs here in a few. Might as well make it worth it right?

Just some rambling trying to ignore the fact its Monday.

What good is a food thread without a photo right?

I will say this though, it was worth it... Guess even the ribs didnt feel like dealing with monday...
