I had to put a easy roof over the wall this evening cause a nasty thunderstorm and rain blew thru. I also added concrete board to all 3 sides in cas of a fire to the wood. Sorry no before pic's, but I have 6 butts in the 22.5" WSM using cherry and for the 1st time Royal Oak Lump in a green bag. Here is the pic of the mods.

I think I'm goin to have to do something like that soon. I'm under the car port now. My wife is gettin an attitude that my smoker take presidence over our cars.

Looks like a true blue smoker, make a place and smoke LOL
I may need something like that soon as the winds keep cooling of the BBQ's/smokers and it is hard to keep the heat up.
Car ports are great for smoking, does she eat it?? they why complain LOL(the smoke also will dirty the windshield...
