Do you have a side fire box for the charcole and wood? If so i would think maybe figure a way to mount an outdoor frier burner in it. And use either a cast iron pan for the wood chips or an AMNPS for your smoke...... That is just one idea off the top of my head....will like to see what some of the others have to say...
Thank you its loaded from the bottom it a removable metal bucket would that still be a safe method to use would anyone have some links to some good stores that would ship to the UK
