I'm running out of room on my back deck and my third car bay. I have a modified ECB gourmet and I built a mini WSM for the heck of it. I am going to build a UDS in the next month or two.
I'd like to keep a small smoker so that I am not firing up the UDS to do a beer can chicken or a rack of ribs. My question is this: which would you keep?
ECB is bigger and I can cook more, like the Thanksgiving turkey. mini WSM can burn longer and maintain heat better.
