Hello!

There's this guy up the street that always has the best smelling food cooking.  So, I thought I'd try to duplicate this in my little corner and recently purchased a 30" electric Masterbuilt (newer model w/front control panel) and the 12" A-Maze-N Tube Smoker.  I had good results with my first smoke, 3-2-1 pork ribs.

Glad to be here and have lots of questions.  Looking forward to being part of the community!

Thanks!

Hi and welcome to smoking meat forms Did you say you live in Minnesots? Me too maybe I'm that guy down the street? [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Woodbury?  That's quite a bit 'up the street', seeing I'm on the other side of entire city.  But I'm not going to judge your smoking ability as it is possible it could still be you...

Thanks for the note and take care!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy, cool and rainy looking day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
