Finally got the kettle unpacked. Had some thin sliced NY strips. Figured I’d cook and sauce them.

It’s great to finally be getting settled into the new place. Met a few of the neighbors and planning a big smoke session for Labor Day weekend. Figure I’ll make some friends when Tatanka goes to work.

Sure looks good Jim . Happy to hear things are settling down .

I just got a new range a couple months ago . Has that center " warm zone " burner . I love that thing . Get the meat going outside , and put the sauce in a pot and warm it up no worries .

And that was what I did. I really like the range in this place.
