Got some pork chops, (both with and without bone), boneless pork ribs and a couple of dino bones. The pork chops are thin so they won't take long. Smoking at 250 with hickory today. I really missed my Bandera. The pork got rubbed with evoo and SBC. The dino bones go rubbed with evoo and my rub.

looks like it is going to be a good day!

Pork chops took an hour. The vultures descended on them as I was bringing them in the house so this isn't all there was.

Got 4

You back home?

Thanks, Paul. I sure am back home. Stopped at the store on the way home to pick up things for the smoker today in fact.

No finished pic, barely made it in the house.

As things were coming off the smoker I was being given other things to smoke.

Eggs (obviously) and sweet lebanon balogna.

Looks like a feast around your place today
