Doing some thighs and boneless country style shorties I saw at the store. Have some ribeye's coming to room temp before they go on as well.

The thighs off the grill. For some reason they look very dark in the picture.

The steaks were fantastic Smoking B! Cooked the thighs to take for lunch tomorrow. I'm hoping they are just as good.
