Hello all,
My name is chris parker. I live a hour or so north west of st.louis. My passion is hunting, fishing, and teaching the love and enjoyment of the outdoors to my two boys. I have been a plumber / pipe fitter for 21 years. I have competed in a few BBQ competitions locally over the years with respectful results. I enjoy smoking and grilling year round people think i am nuts when i am outside smelling the smoke in the snow. Their is not too many things that i have not tried to smoke from eggs, fish, deer, boar and bear. If it sounds good or seems possible i am all in. That is why i decided to join this group their seems to be a vast amount of knowledge here and i am all ears, and will give my two cents if i think it will help someone else. I am looking forward to some great people sharing and maybe even bullsh@#$g.

regards,
Chris Parker

One of the last jobs I did was for Brinkman . The one and only Job I ever got thrown off of . 1960 meets Millennial . I was never so glad to leave a job in my life . Nothing but arguments with that guy . I called him a thumb sucker and he flipped side ways . LOL .

While I’m a newbie here myself, welcome from North Alabama. There is a overload, in a good way, of info here. I have really enjoyed being here.
