miscalulated..need advice on pork butt...

just checked on a pork butt that i put on about midnight last night. kinda taken back to see it has already reached 189 IT. my problem is we are not eating until around five or so this evening and it appears it will reach 205 IT before noon.. how should i store it from say noon til 5-530 this afternoon??
 
Wrap whole in 2 layers of foil, place in a cooler and cover with a towel. pull before serving..... you'll be fine

ty boykjo, I have read that before but was concerned about leaving it in a cooler that long. i have got just the perfect size small cooler i can use. it is now at 194 so i will get everything ready to store it. thanks again for your help..
