After opening 3 packs of what I thought were CSR’s that a friend sent over from a hog he had butchered I was surprised to find these guys!
The racks measured about 4x10x1/2in. I hit with rub, threw em the MES set on 260 and went with mesquite pellets in the AMNTS. They climbed like a rocket the first hour to about 147 and I may have panicked slightly lol. After a few panicked PM’s sent and some much needed help I got it figured out(thanks

). They actually stalled for about 2 hours at 151. They finally probed tender at an IT of 207 and had a total cook time of 4 1/2 hours. A lot quicker than my store bought spares for sure!
Hope this helps if anyone else ever runs into some “mini spares”
