After opening 3 packs of what I thought were CSR’s that a friend sent over from a hog he had butchered I was surprised to find these guys!

The racks measured about 4x10x1/2in. I hit with rub, threw em the MES set on 260 and went with mesquite pellets in the AMNTS. They climbed like a rocket the first hour to about 147 and I may have panicked slightly lol. After a few panicked PM’s sent and some much needed help I got it figured out(thanks SmokinAl SmokinAl ). They actually stalled for about 2 hours at 151. They finally probed tender at an IT of 207 and had a total cook time of 4 1/2 hours. A lot quicker than my store bought spares for sure!

Hope this helps if anyone else ever runs into some “mini spares”

They look mighty tasty from my vantage point.

Point for sure.
